This Health Resources and Services Administration-supported webinar, in collaboration with the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium, reviewed the results of a national scan of Primary Care Association (PCA) stakeholders around the implementation of the National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP), and also provided resources to address areas of need identified in the scan results.

Learning Objectives:

  1. To provide an overview of the PCA environmental scan and results.
  2. To highlight National DPP’s progress to-date in the U.S., organizational roles, and resources available to PCAs, health centers, and other organizations.
  3. To interview PCA partners about their organizational efforts with DPP in their state/region.
