Many community health centers (CHCs) face challenges in retaining a qualified workforce. In CHCs serving AA&NHOPI communities, the need for culturally and linguistically proficient providers poses additional obstacles. As the demand for primary care providers grow, CHCs will have to prioritize workforce development to address the needs of the patients they serve.
