Supporting Common-Sense Immigration Reform
AAPCHO believes that all individuals should have access to health care, regardless of their race/ethnicity, ability to pay, insurance status or immigration status. AAPCHO supports Common-Sense Immigration Reform legislation (CIR) that fixes our legal immigration backlogs, provides opportunities for immigrants to earn U.S. citizenship, and eliminates waiting-periods and other restrictions to health care for immigrants. This webpage provides tools and resources to help you understand this important issue and why it is important to the Asian American & Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islanders (AA&NHOPI) community.
