Emerging Issues in Payment Reform: Engagement at the State Level and Opportunities to Address the SDOH – Webinar Resources

This webinar provided an overview of why capturing the social determinants of health (SDOH) of patients is crucial to understanding useful reimbursement structures for health centers and current trends in the national payment reform landscape. Participants heard examples of state payment reform models and how health centers can engage with their state’s agenda to address the needs of vulnerable populations.
