This year, National Health Center Week (NHCW) will be August 13-19, intended to help your community understand the importance of health centers and support health center and patient needs. It is a great time to discuss NHCW activities with your local legislators and to raise up issues impacting your health center. We’ll be talking about how to utilize NHCW to connect with Members of Congress and other local legislators, host press conferences, activate staff and patients to become advocates and increase outreach around ongoing important issues. This webinar will focus around success stories of centers that have used NHCW to advance their advocacy and policy goals and how to implement in your own health center.
