Training & Technical Assistance

GOAL
Our training and technical assistance activities are designed to reach a national audience as well as the cultivation of learning communities to meet the following goals: 1) increase access to care among vulnerable populations of AA&NHPIs served by health centers, 2) improve health outcomes by decreasing the percentage of patients at AA&NHPI serving health centers with A1c greater than 9, and 3) promote health equity through increasing the number of health centers either providing services or engaged in partnerships that address the social determinants of health (SDOH) such as culture, language, housing, education, employment, transportation, and food security.
